At Essence Equilibrium, each product is thoughtfully crafted and prepared with care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and are happy to assist if something isn't right.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our fragrances, incense, and aromatic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Unused items in their original, unopened packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Handmade ceramic vessels may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
